how do I pause or skip a week?
Pause up to three weeks at a time from your account. Travel, houseguests, a busy work week: we'd rather you skip than let juice go unused.
can I swap bottles week to week?
Yes. Month and quarter subscribers can mark favourites and we'll weight the rotation toward them. Swap any bottle in your next box from your account up to Friday at 6pm.
what's the cancellation policy?
No contracts. Cancel anytime from your account. We'll pause the next delivery and you'll never be charged again.
when does the first delivery arrive?
Order before Friday 6pm and your first box ships Saturday, lands at your door Sunday morning. Order later and you'll roll into the following week.
is the tote really returnable?
Yes — leave the empty tote on your doorstep the following Sunday and the driver collects it. Bottles are 12oz PET, curbside-recyclable in all neighborhoods we serve.
do you ship outside Miami?
Not yet. Cold-pressed unpasteurized juice doesn't ship well, so we're staying local until the pilot is stable. Drop your zip on the waitlist below.
