Palmm ("we", "us", "our") operates the website palmm.us (the "Site") and produces cold-pressed juice and wellness shots ("Products"). This Refund Policy governs your access to and use of the Site and our Products.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order or hold an active subscription. By using the Site you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

3. Orders & Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically on a weekly cadence. You may pause, skip, or cancel at any time from your customer account before the billing date for the upcoming delivery. Monthly or quarterly prepay bundles cover the corresponding number of deliveries; refunds for unshipped deliveries are available on request to hi@palmm.us.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and do not include applicable state sales tax, which is added at checkout where required.

5. Delivery

We deliver Sundays between 7am and 12pm to the served Miami neighborhoods listed on our Shipping & Delivery page. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the address on the order.

6. Product disclaimers

Palmm Products are food and beverage and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Statements on the Site have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Consult your physician before changes to your diet, especially if pregnant, nursing, or on prescription medication.
