Yes. Up to 3 weeks at a time from your account.
Can I swap a juice or shot I don't love?
Yes. Swap any bottle in next week's box from the app.
What's the cancellation policy?
Cancel anytime — no fee, no questions. We just ask you to do it before Saturday for the upcoming Sunday delivery.

How fresh is it?
Pressed Saturday, delivered Sunday. Four-day shelf life from press date. Keep refrigerated at 34–38°F.
Is it HPP'd or pasteurized?
No. Raw cold-pressed. No heat, no high-pressure processing, no concentrates.
Is it a cleanse?
No. Palmm is built for daily use alongside real food. No detox claims, no health claims — just juice.
Delivery
Where do you deliver?
Brickell, Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, Wynwood. Aventura / Bal Harbour / Sunny Isles / Miami Beach by waitlist.
When does it arrive?
Sundays, 7am–12pm. Hand-delivered in an insulated tote. We collect the tote next Sunday.
What if I'm not home?
Insulated tote keeps everything cold up to 4 hours. Drop it inside your front door / building lobby or leave at concierge.
