how fresh is it, really?
We press Saturday, cool overnight, and deliver Sunday morning. Each bottle has a four-day shelf life from press date. That's the cold-pressed trade-off: shorter life, fuller flavour, more of the enzymes we bothered to pull out in the first place.
can i skip or pause?
Yes — pause up to three weeks at a time from your account. Travel, houseguests, a busy work week: we'd rather you skip than let juice go unused.
what about the packaging?
Bottles are 12oz PET, curbside-recyclable in all Miami neighborhoods we serve. We deliver in an insulated tote that we collect and reuse the following week — so the only thing you keep is the juice.
is this a cleanse?
No. Palmm is built for daily use — a bottle a day alongside real food. We don't make medical claims or sell "detox" programs. If you want a short reset we offer the 3-Day or 5-Day cleanse as one-time orders.
what if i don't love a flavour?
Swap any bottle in your next box from your account. Month and quarter subscribers can mark favourites and we'll weight the rotation toward them.
do you deliver outside miami?
Not yet. Cold-pressed, unpasteurized juice doesn't ship well, so we're staying local until the pilot is stable. Aventura, Bal Harbour, Sunny Isles and Miami Beach are on the waitlist — drop your zip on the Subscribe page.
